Being yourself in life

Who am I?

What does it take to be yourself in life?

How do you interact with your friends in times of change?

And most importantly, how do you find out who you are?

It is that knowing who we really are is not easy when several events in our lives have skewed our true nature.

For in addition to the conscious moments that have marked us, there are all the words that I have perceived negatively that have hurt me, often for life.

Like each of us, live consciously or not, one of the five wounds that prevent us from being ourselves, how to heal ourselves from that these wounds:

  • Rejection
  • Abandonment
  • Humiliation
  • Betrayal
  • Injustice

In truth, it is quite normal that one or two of these injuries come and regularly haunt us when the right conditions arise.

When I have an overreaction to a mundanesituation, it is because my injury has resurfaced. And that something other than me takes control and dictates my reaction for me; Ego!

How can I avoid the memory of my injury taking me away from my true essence, from our true nature?

Why do I exist?

I believe that we all have a purpose and that every individual on earth is here to be and do something unique.

So why do Iexist?

It is essential to answer this question in the course of your life!

I believe that someone or a company that knows its raison d’être is invincible!

I think it’s abnormal that we’re not taught to know each other better!

On the other hand, the truth is that discovering one’s why is difficult. And, asks for a certain will…

Find your why

Indeed, finding one’s raison d’être requires some work on oneself… not always pleasant!

Personally, although I find it super interesting to analyze others, trying to understand myself to change myself is more intimidating … Also, I get help to have the other look …

It’s hard to define yourself, even if you ask a lot of questions!

Time passes, and one day you find that you are lost! That our existence no longer makes sense…

We feel disconnected from our essence.

So we’re facing a challenge. The one to find the end of the line that will make all the difference in OUR life.

We are responsible for ourselves. Of all of us!

Because to find one’s mission and to exercise it is to share one’s talents…

If I don’t know yet why I exist…

Most people don’t know why they exist. A minority, only, is still looking.

In the long run, one may feel hopeless not yet have found .

Yet the answer to why I exist? (when we found it!) is very simple.

But the journey to get there is often full of twists and turns, as if life wanted to take us through stages to understand where our place is.

And sometimes, when I look around, I feel like everyone has found it, except me!

This is not the case!

How do you find meaning in your life?

There is no greater challenge than finding one’s mission!

Our challenge is to continue our quest to get closer every day a little closer to our goal, to the evidence of our mission.

So that one day you will feel your reason for being totally invade yourself!

This will then be the fruit of your journey. At first, you’ll think of a miracle… Then you will see the extent of your discovery about your life and that of those around you!

While waiting for this glorious moment, listen to your being and the well-being you feel at certain times in your life.

It will be a sign that what you are, what you do and what you have, is in line with your destiny.

These things take their time. Know how to appreciate it; until then, you’re moving in the right direction.
